摘　　要：我国知识产权法律法规体系建设是我国知识产权法制建设的重要制度保障,对于完善我国知识产权制度具有关键意义。目前我国已建立了比较完整的知识产权法律规范体系,但存在的问题仍然较多,需要在新的历史条件下予以完善。从国家知识产权文献及信息资料库建设的角度看,知识产权法律规范无疑是其中的关键内容。为此,需要本着方便用户、信息更新及时的原则充实该资料库中知识产权法律法规和其他规范性文件。Chinese copyright law and regulation system construction is an important guarantee for Chinese copyright law construction and is of significance for improving Chinese copyright system. Nowadays, China established a complete copyright law and regulation system. However, there are also many problems in it which are to be solved at new ages. Copyright law and regulation system should he an important part of national copyright literature and infor- mation database construction. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich copyright laws and other regulations in national copyright literature and information database according to the principle of customer-orientation and the principle of up-to-date information renewal.
