摘　　要：[目的]了解广州市越秀区居民心理健康知识知晓现状,为制定相关心理干预措施提供依据。[方法]结合2011年7月启动的广州市百名心理医生进社区活动项目,在辖区内13个社区卫生服务中心开展对社区居民心理健康知识问卷调查。[结果]调查2 560人,社区居民心理健康知识回答正确率为70.14%,男女性居民回答正确率分别为68.24%和71.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同年龄居民答题正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同职业居民答题正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]越秀区居民心理健康知识知晓率较高,达到国家精神卫生规划的要求。[Objective]To understand the status of mental health awareness among community residents in Yuexiu dis- trict,Guangzhou city,in order to provide basis for the formulation of psychological interventions. [Methods]Residents in 13 communities of Yuexiu district were surveyed,combining with the project of Hundred Psychiatrists Into Community. [Results] A total of 2 5 60 community residents were surveyed. The correct rate of awareness questionnaire was 70. 14 %. Male and female residents correct rate was respectively 68.24% and 71.56%（ P 〈0.01）. In different occupations and age, the differences of community residents correct rate were statistically significant （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The aware- ness rate of mental health is higher among residents of Yuexiu district than the average level in Guangzhou city, which meet the standard of national mental health program. It＇s still the weak links in the etiology of mental illness, prevention of mental illness, and the major mental health anniversary. It needs to be strengthened in the future.
