摘  要:利用基本气象资料和数值预报产品,对甘肃2008年12月2~3日寒潮天气爆发的成因和物理量特征进行了综合分析。结果表明:这次寒潮过程主要是在大气环流调整过程中由乌山脊崩溃、横糟转竖造成的;地面冷高压的加强南下是引发寒潮爆发的重要原因;西伯利亚低涡发展南下对寒潮的爆发起到一定的促进作用;温度平流、高空急流、垂直速度以及锋生函数等物理量在此次寒潮发展过程中也有很好的表现;EC、T639和T213数值预报在此次寒潮过程预报中有很好的参考价值。The basic meteorological data and numerical forecast products were used to comprehensively analyze the cause of the cold wave weather outbreak in Gansu during December 2nd - 3rd of 2008 and its physical characteristics. The results showed that the cold wave weather process was caused mainly by the collapse of the ridge in the Ural Mountain and the transformation from the trans- versal trough to the vertical trough in the course of atmospheric circumfluence regulation. The strengthening and southward moving of the ground cold high pressure were the important reasons for the outbreak of this cold wave. The development and southward moving of low vortex in Siberia played a certain promotive role in the outbreak of the cold wave. The temperature advection, upper air jet, vertical velocity, frontogenesis function and other physical quantities also had very good performances in the cold wave development process. The numerical forecasting by EC, T639 and T213 had good reference value for the forecasting of this cold wave process.
