摘  要:利用钢渣、粉煤灰等工业固体废弃物,在碱激发剂的作用下,经过加压成型,采用自然养护的方式制成废弃物基免烧环保砖。研究了原料配比、成型压力、碱激发剂的类型对免烧砖抗压强度的影响,并借助SEM和XRD分析了免烧砖的强度形成机理。结果表明,该类免烧砖的最佳原料配比为钢渣35%,粉煤灰35%,矿渣30%,采用复合激发剂激发,在18MPa的压力下进行成型,制品满足《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》JC/T422-2007的要求。Industrial wastes such as steel slag, fly ash and so on are activated by alkali--activator and prepared for pressing non-fired and non-autoclaved bricks, which are cured in the air. The influences of raw material ratio, molding pressure and the types of alkali-activator on the compressive strength of non-fired brick are studied, and SEM and XRD are used to analyze the strength formation mechanism of non-fired brick. The results show that the best raw material ratio is 35 % of steel slag, 35 % of fly ash and 30 % of steel slag, activated by complex-activator. The bricks pressed in 18 MPa meet the requirements of the standard of JC/T 422-2007 Non-fired rubbish gangue brick.
