摘 要:以一台31kW油田用螺杆泵永磁交流伺服电动机为例,运用理论与实验相结合的方法,得出电机各部分损耗。利用有限元方法,在确定热源和边界条件下,对电机稳态温度场进行了计算,提出了三维温度场计算端部散热处理的新方法。同时,建立了等效热网络方法的数学模型,列出各节点的热平衡方程,计算出各节点的温度值。并将两种方法的计算结果与实测数据相对比,验证了该方法的准确性,为永磁交流伺服电动机的温度场计算提供了参考依据。With 3 lkW oilfield of screw pump AC servo motor with permanent magnet for example, based on the combination of theory and experiment method to get the motor parts loss. Using the finite element method, in determining the heat source and boundary conditions, the steady temperature field of the motor are calculated, puts forward three dimensional temperature field calculation at the end of the new method of heat treatment. At the same time, establish the equivalent thermal network method, mathematical model of heat balance equations of each node list, each node of the calculated value. And will of the two methods of calculating results compared with the test data, and the accuracy of this method was verified, for permanent magnet AC servo motor temperature field for calculating the reference.
