摘　　要：在本文中,首先在资产理论的背景下给出了组合保险策略定义,以及相应的分类情况;继而在国内外研究现状部分,细致的描述了组合保险策略发展的历程,同时指出了国内外学者的具体贡献,并对比国内外相关的成果,指出了国内研究的不足。In the paper, Firstly, we give the definition and the classification of portfolio insurance strategy in the context of equi- ty theory; Secondly, in the part of demostie study,detailed description of the course of the development of portfolio insurance strategy has been given; Lastly, we point out the research of demostic and abroad, and obtain the lack of research.
