左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻的外科疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨左半结肠癌致急性肠梗阻行一期切除吻合术的可行性。方法:46例左半结肠癌并急性肠梗阻患者,其中Ⅰ期切除26例,Hartman手术5例,首先结肠造口再Ⅱ期手术11例,左半结肠永久造瘘4例。结果:4例切口感染,无吻合口瘘,无死亡病例。结论:左半结肠癌伴急性肠梗阻的患者,经积极地围手术期处理,Ⅰ期肠切除吻合术是安全可行的。Objective： To investigate the left half colon cancer complicated by acute intestinal obstruction one stage resection and anastomosis is feasible. Methods ：46 patients with left colorectal carcinoma with acute intestinal obstruction. The L stage resection in 26 cases,Hartman operation in 5 cases,first colostomy again ii period operation in ll cases,left colon permanent fistula in 4 cases. Results：4 cases with infection of ineisional wound, no anastomotic leakage, no deaths. Conclusion： left colonic carcinoma with acute intestinal obstruction patients, through active peri operation period processing, one -stage resection and anastomosis is safe and feasible.
