摘　　要：包角机和折页机是瓷砖自动包装线的主要功能部分。利用CAD技术对包角机进行了设计,并利用CAD/CAE技术对包角机和折页机连线部分的关键部件顶升托盘进行了有限元力学分析和结构优化设计。所设计的包角机构和连线机构满足工作性能和连线要求,目前已经投入使用,效果良好。The packaging corner mechanism and the folding mechanism are the main functional parts of the automatic ceramic tile packaging line. Have designed the packaging corner mechanism with CAD technology,conducted finite element analysis and structural optimization design of the key part of the mechanism,the jacking tray with CAD/CAE technology.The design meets the performance requirements and the line connecting requirements. At present it has already been put into use, and the result is good.
