摘　　要：随着现代工控技术发展,很多设备的自动化程度也明显提高。将工控技术用于注塑机,采用PLC对注塑机进行控制,减少了故障的发生,缩小了机器设备的体积,现代工控触摸屏完成单台机器的监控,可实时记录相关数据,根据数据自动或人工修改工作条件,生产效率明显提升。With the development of modern industrial control technology , the automation of a lot of equipment is improved. Using this technology for the injection molding machine and controlling the machine by PLC will reduce the equipment malfunction and make the machine a smaller volume. Modern industrial touch sereen will be able to monitor a single machine and record the related real time data. Then we can change the working conditions automatically or artificially by the data and the production efficiency will he improved apparently.
