消银颗粒联合甘露聚糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消银颗粒联合甘露聚糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。两组均口服消银颗粒3.5g,3次/d,治疗组加用甘露聚糖肽10mg,隔日肌肉注射一次。两组均治疗8周判定疗效。结果治疗组对照组的有效率分别为82.25%和60.00%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应均轻微,可耐受。结论消银颗粒联合甘露聚糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiao-yin particle comined with mannatide injection in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods The 35 cases in experimental group of was treated with Xiao-yin particle（3.5 g,tid） and mannatide injection（ 10 mg, qod）and the 35 cases in control group were given Xiao-yin particle（3.5 g,tid）only. The response was evaluated at the end of 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 82.25% and in the control group was 60. 00%. There was a significant difference between the two group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is effective and safety of Xiao- yin particle combined with mannatide injection for psoriasis vulgaris.
