Construction Technique of Single-Wall Steel Boxed Cofferdam for No.4 Pier of Minjiang River Bridge in Langqi Town

摘  要:琅岐闽江大桥4号墩承台采用单壁钢吊箱围堰施工,围堰顺桥向宽30.34m,横桥向宽48.4m。该钢围堰施工首先拼装围堰底板系统、侧板系统、围堰下放系统、围堰悬挂系统及围堰内支撑系统,然后利用下放装置将围堰整体下放至设计标高,再利用围堰悬挂装置将围堰悬挂固定牢固,由潜水员将护筒周边封堵密封后,浇筑围堰封底混凝土,封底混凝土强度达到要求后进行围堰内抽水清基,浇筑垫层混凝土,形成干燥的承台施工作业环境,待承台施工完成后将围堰侧板和内支撑拆除。施工结果表明:该围堰施工速度快、围堰封底效果好、经济效益好。The pile cap of the No. 4 pier of the Minjiang River Bridge in Langqi Town is erected by the single-wall steel boxed cofferdam, the width of the cofferdam along the bridge length is 30.34 m and the width along the bridge width is 48.4 m. The first stage of the construction of the steel boxed cofferdam included the assembling of the base plate system, side wall system, cofferdam lowering system, cofferdam hanging device and the internal supporting system. As the cofferdam was in shape, the lowering system was started to lower the cofferdam monolithically to the designed elevation, and the cofferdam was hung and fixed tightly by the hanging device. When the rim of the steel casing was blocked up by the diver, the bottom sealing concrete was cast. When the strength of the bottom sealing concrete met the relevant requirement, the water in the cofferdam was pumped out and the foundation of the cofferdam was cleared up. Then, the bedding concrete was cast so as to form a dry operation platform for the pile cap construction. When the construction of the pile cap was completed, the side walls and internal supporting sys- tem of the cofferdam were demolished. The results of the construction indicate that the installa tion of the cofferdam is fast, the bottom sealing effect of the cofferdam is sound and the construction receives good economical benefits.
