髋关节置换术患者手术前后外周血中OPG与RANKL浓度分析

摘　　要：目的通过对15例行人工髋关节置换术患者进行术前术后外周血液中骨保护素(OPG)、核因子kappaB受体活化因子配体(RANKL)浓度测定,探讨髋关节术后短期内骨代谢调节方式。方法收集15例髋关节置换手术患者手术前后外周血液,采用ELISA法检测血清中OPG、RANKL手术前后浓度,分析OPG、RANKL表达水平变化。结果 15例行髋关节置换术患者术后OPG浓度均较术前明显增加,而12例患者术后RANKL浓度均明显下降,其中3例患者术后RANKL浓度轻度增加,术后患者RANKL/OPG比值明显下降。结论 OPG过高表达提示髋关节术后短期内机体成骨增强,破骨受抑制。Objective To measure the concentration of osteoprotegerin （OPG） and receptor activator of NF - KB ligand（RANKL） in peripheral blood among 15 patientswith hip replacement operation and explore the bone metabolism regulation mechanism in short - term. Methods The peripheral blood samples of 15 patients with hip replacement surgery were collected before and after operation. The OPG and RANKL concentration in blood serum were measured by ELISA, and the different level of OPG and RANKL were analyzed. Results OPG concentration was ignificantly increased in all 15 the postoperative hip replacement surgery. The RANKL concentration decreased obviously in 12 patients, while mild increased in 3 patients, and the RANKL/OPG ratio decreasedobviously. Conclusion Increased expression of OPG compared to RANKL could contribute to the differential bone formation activity after hip replacement surgery in short -term.
