腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术30例临床体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)的手术经验及技巧。方法回顾分析2010年12月到2012年1月阜阳市人民医院30例患者行TEP的临床资料。结果 26例手术获得成功,3例中转开放手术,1例中转TAPP。手术时间55～150 min,2例患者诉局部不适,2周后完全消失,无其他并发症出现。术后住院2～5 d,随访无复发病例。结论 TEP手术安全可行,值得推广和应用,严格把握手术指征和规范操作是成功的关键。Objective To summarize the experience and skills of totally extraperitoneal （TEP）. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 30 cases undergone TEP from Dec. 2010 to Jan 2012 in the people＇s hospital of Fuyang. Results The operation was successfully accomplished in 26 cases, converted to open operation in 3 cases , and converted to TAPP in 1 case . The operation time was 55 - 150 min,two patients complained local discomfort, which disappeared 2 weeks later. No other complications were found. The postoperative hospital stay was 2 - 5 days, and no recurrence occurred. Conclusion The operation of TEP is feasible and safe , and worth widely popularizing. The strictly indications of operation andstandardized operation are the keys to success.
