摘　　要：在某车型的开发过程中,对滑移门进行开关耐久性试验时,发生中支架滚轮外钢圈的断裂问题。通过试验与分析发现:渗碳过度引起的材质脆化,以及零件形状结构不佳,是导致钢圈断裂失效的原因。改进渗碳处理以及优化形状结构后,有效地解决了问题。In the process of the vehicle development, fracture is occurred in bracket roller outer rim in the testing of sliding door durability test. It is found that material embrittlement caused by carburizing excessive and poor structure of the part shape is the cause of the fracture. The problem can be solved by improving carburizing processing and shape structure.
