摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下带线钢板治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的手术技术及临床效果。方法对13例胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折病例,在关节镜下复位,双隧道缝线法结合钢板固定。术后积极康复锻炼。结果经过8～29个月随访,门诊摄片提示平均4个月获得骨性愈合。患膝屈伸功能恢复佳。术后6个月时Lysholm评分(95.4±4.5)分。结论关节镜下双隧道缝线法结合钢板固定治疗胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折具有复位佳、固定好、可早期活动等优点,操作简便易行。Objective Investigating the operation skills and clinical effects after the treatment of the avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence with suture nickelclad by arthroscope. Methods Total 13 patients of the avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence were recruited and treated with reestablishment and double -tunnel suture combined nickelclad fixation by arthroscope, positive rehabilitation exercise was carried on after operation. Results The results showed that it needs 4 months on average to reveal synostosis with the outpatient＇s X ray after fllowed up 8 - 29 months f. The functions of flection and extention of the trouble knee recoverd much better. Lysholm scores got （95.4 ± 4.5） in 6months after operation. Conclusion Treating the avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence with double - tunnel suture combined nickelclad fixation by arthroscope has many advantages, such as better reestablishment and fixation, early mobilization, convenient operation, and so on.
