摘　　要：社会资本已成为社会学、管理学和经济学等学科热点概念和解释工具,本研究将社会资本引入艾滋病防治领域,分析参与艾滋病防治工作的组织机构间的社会资本构成、功能和培育途径,以期为解决艾滋病防治工作中多部门合作参与的困境提供新的研究思路。Social capital has become the hottest concept and interpretative tool in Sociology, Management, Economy and other disciplines. This paper analyzed the elements, functions and cultivating way of social capital among the multi - departments involvement in the HIV prevention, so as to provide a new research idea to solve the dilemma of multi - departments participation and cooperation in the HIV/ AIDS prevention.
