摘　　要：1,25-(OH)2D3是维生素D3经肝、肾代谢后的主要活性形式,其生物学效应是由VDR介导的.1,25-(OH)2D3与VDR结合被活化后,参与维持体内矿物质动态平衡、钙及磷酸根代谢、骨代谢、调节多种组织细胞的生长分化,并具有免疫调节、抑制肿瘤、抗炎等作用.1,25 - （OH）2D3 is the active form of Vitamin D3 after the metabolism of liver and kidney and its biologi- cal effect is mediated by VDR. 1,25 - （OH）2D3 which is combined with VDR and then is activated, keeps the ac- tive balance of minerals in the body, maintains the metabolism of calcium, phosphate and bone. It can growth and differentiation of cells. And it has immunity, inhibits tumor and soothes inflammation.
