两种体位预防妇产科术后深静脉血栓发生的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较两种体位预防术后深静脉血栓发生的临床效果。方法将施行妇产科手术的180例患者按照入院顺序随机分成观察组(n=90)和对照组(n=90),其中对照组采用传统术后护理体位,观察组采用新术后护理体位,比较两组患者的总满意度和深静脉血栓发生率。结果观察组总满意率(88.89%)高于对照组(37.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组深静脉血栓发生率(0%)低于对照组(6.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组舒适良好率、恶露排泄量、子宫收缩情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用新术后护理体位对于妇产科手术患者可以改善一般情况,有效预防深静脉血栓发生,具有重要临床价值。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of two kinds of posture to prevent deep vein thrombosis in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods 180 surgical cases of obstetrics and gynecology department were divided into the observation group（n=90） and the control group（n=90） according to their order of hospitalization.The control group was given to traditional postoperative care position,and the observation group was given new post-operative care position.Total satisfaction and incidence of deep vein thrombosis were compared between groups.Results Total satisfaction of the observation group（88.89%） was higher than that in the control group（37.78%）,and difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the observation group（0%） was lower than that in the control group（6.67%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Comfortable and good rate,excretion of lochia,uterine contraction of the observation group were better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion New post-operative care position can significantly improve general condition and effectively prevent occurrence of deep vein thrombosis in surgical cases of obstetrics and gynecology department,and it has high value of clinical applications.
