重组表皮生长因子促进鼻粘膜修复的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨在鼻粘膜创面中应用重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)的临床疗效。方法将在耳鼻喉科门诊和住院的50例鼻粘膜创面患者随机分成观察组和对照组各25例。观察组创面涂抹重组人表皮生长因子,对照组涂抹复方薄荷油。在治疗后3、7和14天评价疗效。结果观察组、对照组在治疗后第3天均无愈合;第7天愈合率分别为72%(18例)、16%(4例);第14天观察组总愈合率为100%(25例),对照组为72%(18例)。观察组鼻粘膜创面完全修复的总愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且无一例鼻腔粘连或鼻中隔穿孔。结论重组人表皮生长因子能明显促进鼻粘膜创面的修复。Objective To discuss the effects of rhEGF（recombinant human epidermal growth factor） on the nasal mucosal wound applications.Methods 50 cases of nasal mucosal wounds were randomly divided into observation group（25） and control group（25）.The observation group wound and control group smeared rhEGF and compound peppermint,respectively.The efficacy of 3th day,7th day and 4th day after treatment were observed.Results The healing rates of observation group and control group 7th day after treatment were 72%（18） and 16%（4）.The total healing rate 14th day after treatment were 100%（25）and 72%（18）.The observation group nasal wound fully restored healing rate was significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusion The rhEGF significantly promotes wound repair of the nasal mucosa.
