摘 要:目的评价低场MRCP及其3D薄层图像结合常规MRI对胰胆管梗阻疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析67例梗阻性黄疸患者的低场(0.35T)MRCP,并结合其3D薄层MPR、常规MRI所见进行对比分析。结果低场MRCP与及其结合3D薄层MPR图像(或薄层T2WI)及结合常规MRI对胰胆管梗阻性病变的检出率分别为76.0%、94.0%和89.6%,后两者与单纯MRCP的检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低场MRCP结合3D薄层MPR(或薄层T2WI)及常规MRI可进一步提高胰胆管疾病的检出率。Objective To evaluate the significance of low field MRCP(magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography) combined with 3D thin-slice MPR and MRI in diagnosis of biliary obstructive diseases.Methods 67 patients with obstructive jaundice examined with low field(0.35T) MRCP combined with 3D thin-slice MPR and MRI were retrospectively analyzed.Results The detective rate of billary obstructive diseases by low field(0.35T) MRCP combined with 3D thin-slice MPR and MRI was 76%,94% and 89.6%,respectively.There was significant statistical significance(P0.05)as compared with the detective rate of MRCP.Conclusion Low field MRCP combined with 3D thin-slice MPR(or obstruction thin-slice T2WI T2WI) and MRI can improve the detective rate of biliary obstructive diseases.
