摘　　要：通过对第四方物流的概念和运作模式进行研究,并分析了现代港口物流的特点和发展趋势,指出了第四方物流对于现代港口物流的发展作用,最后提出引入第四方物流以后现代港口物流的发展模式,着重探讨如何利用第四方物流的先进性提高港口的管理和服务水平,增强其竞争力。Through the studies of the concept and the mode of operation of the fnurth party logistics, and the analysis of the characteristics and the development trend of modem port logistics, to point out the function of the fourth party logistics to the development of modem port logistics, and finally advances the port logistics development model based on fourth party logistics. This paper mainly discusses how to use the advanced fourth party logistics to improve the management and service level of the port, then to increase their competitiveness.
