观音岩水电站右岸大坝基础固结灌浆生产性试验成果分析

摘  要:观音岩水电站右岸混凝土坝段坝基地质条件复杂,为了验证固结灌浆设计参数的合理性、探索合适的施工工艺,先后实施了两次生产性试验,按照第一次试验成果实施后,盖重混凝土出现了裂缝,为了防止混凝土裂缝的发生,保证灌浆质量,在总结第一次试验成果的基础上,进行了第二次试验。重点介绍第二次灌浆试验的施工工艺及试验成果。The concrete dam segment by the right bank of Guanyinyan Hydropower Station falls on a location with complicated geological conditions. In order to verify the designed consolidation grouting indexes are rational, seek proper construction technique, twice productive tests were conducted. Cracks were seen at the weighted concrete after the first test. The second test were conducted based on a summary of the last test in order to prevent crack and ensure grouting quality. Emphasis of introduction was put on the construction technique of the second test and analysis of testing results.
