摘　　要：介绍了漫湾水电站的工程概况及水轮发电机转轮上冠过流面存在的汽蚀问题,分析了转轮上冠过流面的材料性能,论述了利用CHS237不锈钢焊条焊接钢板的工艺流程及方法。An introduction was made on the general of Manwan Power Plant and cavitation damage existing on the runner crown flow surface, based on which the authors analyze the properties of flow surface material, present the technical process and methods of welding steel plates by use of CHS237 stainless rods.
