摘　　要：洛阳分公司蜡油加氢处理装置自2011年4月起,催化剂快速失活,反应器床层压降逐渐增加,本文从原料性质和催化剂运行数据两方面对蜡油加氢处理装置催化剂活性降低和反应器床层压降上升的工况突变原因进行了分析,并提出了蜡油加氢处理装置催化剂长周期运行的对策.Luoyang company＇s wax oil hydrotreating unit started up from April 2011, the catalyst deactivated fast and the reactor bed pressure drop increased gradually. In this article, causes of catalyst deactivation and reactor bed pressure drop rising in the wax oil hydrotreating unit were analyzed from two aspects of raw materials properties and catalyst running data, and the countermeasures were put forward.
