摘　　要：介绍了国内外甲基异丁基酮的生产及市场状况、MIBK研究及生产单位分布状况,MIBK合成工艺及催化剂的进展情况。认为MIBK国内市场前景广阔,但国内MIBK生产企业规模较小,应采用丙酮一步法工艺,尽快建设万吨级MIBK生产装置,以满足MIBK不断增长的需求。以丙酮为原料催化蒸馏制MIBK的方法是丙酮一步合成MIBK技术的改进和发展。目前,该技术虽然还处在小试阶段,但随着工作的深入和完善,该技术的优越性将会给MIBK合成产业带来重大的进步。The production and market situation of methyl isobutyl ketone （MIBK） were analyzed and discussed as well as the distribution of research and production units, the progress of synthesis technologies and catalysts. The results show that its domestic market has a wide prospect, but the scale of these production enterprises is smaller. So based on acetone one-step method, ten thousand tons MIBK production equipments should quickly be built to meet growing demand. The catalytic distillation method is the development of MIBK synthesis technology with the acetone one-step method. At present, the technology is still at the stage of small-scale test, but with improvement and perfection of the work, advantages of this technique will make significant progress in the production of MIBK.
