摘  要:加氢精制装置全年处理量120万t,于2008年1月建成投产。以常减压直镏柴油和少量焦化汽柴油为原料,将原料中金属、硫、氮、氧等脱出。2010年1月在装置高处理量时,循环氢压缩机入口流量、原料泵出口流量、新氢机出口压力、系统压力等相关参数均出现波动。通过类似异常情况中的数据的比对和查找相关资料得出结论以供参考。1.2 Mt/a hydro-refining unit in our company was completed and put into operation in January, 2008. Atmospheric-vacuum distillation diesel and little coking gasoline/ diesel were used as raw materials, and some compounds in the raw materials need be removed, such as metal,sulphur ,nitrogen ,oxygen and so on. When the plant was in high process load in January, 2010, relative parameters arose fluctuation, such as circulating hydrogen compressor inlet flow rate, raw oil pump discharge flow rate, new hydrogen compressor outlet pressure, system pressure and so on. At last, the question was solved by seeking relative literature and a large number of data.
