盐酸马普替林治疗冠心病合并抑郁焦虑症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察探讨盐酸马普替林治疗冠心病合并抑郁焦虑症的临床疗效,总结其临床应用价值。方法选取我院2009年4月—2011年4月92例冠心病合并抑郁焦虑症的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予盐酸马普替林治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率95.7%;对照组总有效率82.6%,两组疗效比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸马普替林治疗冠心病合并抑郁焦虑症的临床疗效显著,明显优于常规治疗。Objective To observe investigate hydrochloride maprotiline clinical efficacy of the forest treatment of coronary heart disease and depression and anxiety disorders, and summarize its clinical value. Methods 92 cases of hospital patients with coro- nary heart disease and depression, anxiety disorders, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, all 46 cases, the control group to take regular treatment in the observation group in the control group on the basis of given maprotiline hy- drochloride treatment observed and compared two groups of treatment. Results Group total 95.7%; control group, the total efficien- cy of 82.6%, the two groups significantly different （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the hydrochloride maprotiline forest treatment of coronary artery disease with depression anxiety disorders, and significantly superior to conventional therapy.
