摘　　要：目的探讨200例甲状腺功能亢进症手术治疗的疗效。方法回顾性分析200例甲状腺功能亢进症患者行甲状腺次全切除术的术前准备、手术特点及术后处理。结果 200例甲状腺功能亢进症患者行甲状腺次全切除术后,189例治愈,8例复发,3例死亡。结论甲状腺次全切除术是一种简单、方便、经济、快捷的手术方法。做好术前准备,术中操作准确、熟练,术后处理恰当,可使患者顺利康复。Objective To investigate 200 cases of hyperthyroidism surgical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 200 cases of hyperthyroidism in patients with subtotal thyroidectomy preoperative preparation, surgical characteristics and postoperative management. Results 200 cases of patients with hyperthyroidism after subtotal thyroidectomy,189 patients were cured,8 cases of re- currence ,3 patients died. Conclusion Subtotal thyroidectomy surgery is a simple , convenient, economical , and efficient surgical method. Preoperative preparation , intraoperative operation and accurate, skilled , after appropriate treatment , patients can suc- cessfully recover.
