闽北山区农村住宅结构的安全性调研及分析

摘　　要：对福建省邵武市8个自然村的185栋农村住宅进行抽样式摸底调查,主要考察其结构类型、结构和构件的损伤现状,以及周边地质条件等因素,并对结构的安全等级进行评定.调研结果显示:闽北山区农村住宅的结构类型中以木结构和石砖木结构为主,所占比例分别为53.5%和28.1%;木结构类型中安全等级为A的农村住宅比例为52%,安全等级为B,C与D的农村住宅比例为48%.最后,针对闽北山区农村住宅结构的安全性和耐久性等方面存在的问题,提出相关防灾建议.Structural safety survey of 185 country houses in 8 villages, Shaowu, Fujian Province, was carried out to investigate the safety status and characteristics of the structures. The main investigation factors are structural type, damage status of structures and geological conditions. Safety evaluation was also carried out. It is indicated that the majority of structural types of country houses in north Fujian Province are timber structures and masonry timber structures, with the proportion of 53. 5 % and 28. 1 %, respectively. In timber structure, A safety status is 52 %; B, C and D safety status are 48%. The suggestions for disaster prevention are proposed to solve the structural safety and durability problem of the country houses in north Fujian province.
