超声引导下注射消痔灵治疗脾脏囊肿的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:研究超声引导下注射消痔灵治疗囊肿的临床价值。方法:12例脾脏囊肿患者在超声引导下穿刺,抽尽囊液,注入1/2囊液量的消痔灵硬化治疗3 min后抽出,再注入1/8囊液量消痔灵保留,治疗后3个月复查若囊肿无明显变化,再重复治疗1次。结果:12例均治疗有效,其中10例治愈,2例囊肿缩小2 cm左右,均未出现不良反应,随访6个月未复发。结论:超声引导下注射消痔灵治疗脾脏囊肿具有方法简单、患者痛苦小、费用低、安全性高、治愈率高、适应证广、可重复治疗、完整保留脾脏功能等优点,可作为治疗脾脏囊肿的首选方法。Objective：To explore the clinical value of xiaozhiling under ultrasonography guidance in treatment of splenic cyst. Methods：Under ultrasonography guidance,the fluid of splenic cyst was pumped,and 1/2 cyst-liquid of xiaozhiling was injected into cyst and took out 5 min later,then 1/8 cyst-liquid xiaozhiling was injected again.Three months later,the cysts were measured again.If there were no significant changes in the splenic cyst,the treatment would be repeated once. Results：Ten of 12 cases recovered,the length of splenic cyst of 2 cases narrowed 2 cm or so and no cases had adverse reaction and reocurred in following up 6 months. Conclusions：The treatment of splenic cyst with injection of xiaozhiling under ultrasonography guidance is simple,few pains for patients,low cost,high safety and cure rate,wide indication and can keep splenic function,so as to be first chosen to treat splenic cyst.
