二黄汤联合免疫治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中药联合免疫治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制(气血亏虚)的临床疗效。[方法]选择符合条件的60例病人按1∶1的比例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组生物学和临床一般资料分布均衡,均无显著性差异。治疗组采用中药汤剂自拟二黄汤,药用黄芪、黄精各30g,当归、仙鹤草、鸡血藤各15g,川芎、枸杞子、菟丝子、木香各9g,颗粒阿胶、紫河车、大枣各2包冲服,水煎,取汁300mL,日1剂,1日2次,并配合免疫治疗,每日2次,每次30min,14d为1疗程。对照组给予重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(瑞白)(齐鲁制药有限公司)1支(100μg),皮下注射,1日1次,连续治疗10d。[结果]治疗组治疗14d的总有效率为82.5%,治疗组与对照组的总有效率比较,有显著性差异。[结论]中药结合免疫治疗肿瘤化疗后骨髓抑制(气血亏虚)疗效显著,与西医对照组比较患者症状改善明显,疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe immune treatment of tumor chemotherapy combined with traditional Chi- nese medicine after bone marrow suppression （ Qi and blood deficiency ） clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] In ac- cordance with the conditions of the 60 patients by 1：1 ratio were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, two groups of biological and clinical data of distribution, there are no significant difference. The test group used decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Erhuang decoction （ Huangqi, Huangjing 30g, Dan- ggui, Xianhe cao, Jixueteng 15g, Chuanxiong, Gouqizi, Tusizi, Muxiang each 9g, granular Ejiao, Ziheche, Dazhao every 2 bags into the water decocted juice ） , 300mL, day one agent, two times a day, and the com- bined with immune therapy, 2 times a day, every 30 minutes, 14 days for a course of treatment. The control group was given recombinant human granulocyte colony - stimulating factor （Ruibai） （ Qilu Pharmaceutical Company Limited）1 （100g） , subcutaneous injection, once a day, for 10 consecutive days. [ Results] the ex- perimental group was treated for 14 days with the total efficiency of 82.5% , experimental group and control group in the total efficiency comparison, there were significant differences. [ Conclusion ] The combination of Chinese medicine and immune treatment of tumor bone marrow depression after chemotherapy （Qi and blood deficiency） a significant effect, and Western medicine control group patients symptoms improved significantly,curative effect.
