自拟清肝合剂治疗脂肪肝34例

摘　　要：[目的]探讨由于生活方式不健康引发的痰湿瘀滞型脂肪肝的有效治疗方法。[方法]将68例脂肪肝患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组34例,用自拟清肝合剂治疗,对照组34例,用复方二氯乙酸二异丙胺片(利肝能)治疗,两组均以7周为1疗程。[结果]治疗组34例中,显效13例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率88.2%,高于对照组总有效率52.9%。[结论]自拟清肝合剂治疗脂肪肝疗效显著。[ Objective ] To investigate the effective treatment due to unhealthy lifestyle caused by stagnation of phlegm - dampness type of fatty liver. [ Method ] 68 cases of fatty liver patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 34 cases of the Qinggan Heji treatment, control group 34 cases, using Compand Diisopropylammonium Dichloroaeetate Tablet treatment, two groups are 7 weeks for a course of treatment. ~Results] Treatment group total 34 cases, 13 cases markedly effective, effective 17 cases, 4 cases noneffec- tive, the total efficiency of 88.2% , higher than that in the control group the total efficiency of 52.9%. [ Conclusion] Qinggan Heji treatment of fatty liver effect is significant.
