自拟清胆利湿汤结合西药治疗慢性胆囊炎35例

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟清胆利湿汤结合西药治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组采用自拟清胆利湿汤结合西药治疗,对照组采用西医治疗,两组均以15d为1疗程,一般治疗1疗程后统计疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组为77.1%,两组比较,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟清胆利湿汤结合西医治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效明显。[ Objective ] To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic cholecystitis Qingdan Lishi decoction combined with Western medicine. [ Methods ~ treatment group were Qingdan Lishi decoction combined with Western medicine treatment and control group were treated with Western medicine treatment, the two groups were 15 statistical efficacy as a treatment, general treatment after one course of treatment. [ Re- sults] The treatment group, the total effective rate was 94.3% , 77.1% in the control group, the two groups, the treatment group than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Qingdan Lishi decoction combined with by Western medicine treatment of chronic cholecystitis obvious effect.
