自拟二陈通络汤联合综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死50例

摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟二陈通络汤综合疗法治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。[方法]将50例患者作为治疗组,在综合疗法的基础上给予二陈通络汤治疗,将42例患者作为对照组,在综合疗法的基础上给予活血通脉胶囊口服治疗。[结果]治疗组50例中基本治愈18例,显效17例,有效12例,无效3例,显效率70.0%,总有效率94.0%,优于对照组的90.5%。[结论]二陈通络汤配合西医综合治疗,疗效显著。[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of a comprehensive treatment on the basis of Erchen Tongluo decoction with comprehensive treatment for acute cerebral infarction. [ Methods ] 50 patients as a treatment group give Erehen Tongluo decoction treatment on the basis of the combination therapy, 42 patients in the control group, on the basis of combination therapy with oral treatment capsule for promoting coronary circulation. [Results] The group of S0 patients. Cured 18 cases, 17 cases markedly effective in 12 cases and ineffective in 3, markedly effective rate was 70.0% , the total efficiency of 94.0%, better than the control group 90.5 %. [ Conclusion ] Erchen Tongluo decoction with Western medicine comprehensive treatment thera- py is effective.
