摘　　要：[目的]探讨帕罗西汀辅助电针治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)的疗效。[方法]治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用常规卒中治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上使用G91-D6805型电针治疗仪,取合谷、内关两穴位。两组均以4周为1疗程,治疗1疗程进行疗效判断。[结果]治疗组30例,痊愈2例,显效10例,无效5例,治疗组治疗后的有效率(40.0%)高于对照组(16.7%)。[结论]帕罗西汀辅助电针治疗PSD患者起效快,疗效好。[ Objective ] To investigate the the paroxetine with electro -acupuncture treatment of stroke depression （PSD） efficacy. [ Methods ] Treatment and control groups, each group 30 cases, the control group u- sing conventional stroke treatment, the treatment group in the control group conventional treatment on the basis of the G91 -D6805 electroacupuncture therapeutic apparatus to take gu, off the two acupuncture points. The two groups are four weeks for a course of treatment a course of therapeutic evaluation. [ Results ] The treatment group total 30 cases cured, 2 cases were cured, 10 cases effective, 5 cases noneffective, the treatment group response rate （40.0%） was higher （ 16.7 % ）. [ Conclusion ] Paroxetine auxiliary electro - acupuncture treat- ment of PSD patients, rapid onset of efficacy.
