艾条灸配合神灯照射治疗痛经

摘　　要：引起痛经原因很多,根据痛经的病理实质为气血运行不畅,胞脉受阻,经脉不通所致。笔者采用艾条灸至阴穴以温通经脉,暖宫散寒;神灯照射下腹部任脉经以消炎、消肿、活血化瘀、止痛为治疗痛经原则。本法对虚寒性痛经及寒湿凝滞型,阳虚内寒型痛经,疗效比较满意,对气滞血瘀型也有一定疗效。The cause of dysmenorrhea reason impede circulation of qi and blood, inpairment of uterine collaterals, obstruction of the channels. The author through the use of moxibustion Zhiyin point in order to warm and smooth the meridian, expel the cold by warming the uterus; TDP irradiation lower abdomen the Ren Meridian by inflammation, swelling, promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis. Pain treatment of dys- menorrhea the principle. Deficiency of dysmenorrhea and stagnancy of cold and Yang and within the cold type of this law, effects satisfaction also have a certain effect on blood stasis dur to stagnation of qi of qi type.
