摘 要:系统研究了线切割工艺对Fe78Si9B13非晶合金铁芯工频软磁性能的影响。研究表明:非晶合金铁芯线切割会使切缝处的物相由非晶态向晶态转变;非晶合金铁芯线切割后难以达到饱和,磁性能下降,其表现为剩余磁感应强度Br大幅下降、矫顽力Hc上升、损耗值Ps增加;不同的线切割工艺对铁芯工频下的磁性能影响各不相同,以"大V字型"切割铁芯的磁性能影响最小。The effect of wire saw technic on the soft magnetic properties of Fe87Si9B13 amorphous alloy at line frequency has been studied in the paper.It showed that the phase of the amorphous core at the joint-cutting was partly transformed from amorphous to crystalline by the wire saw method.It was also found that the soft magnetic properties decreased in a certain degree,e.g.the rest magnetic induction Br dropped dramatically,while the coercivity Hc and the loss value increased after wire saw on the magnetic core.However,different wire core technics had different effects on the soft magnetic properties of the cores,which decreased compared with that before cutting.Furthermore,the experiment results suggest that the magnetic properties of the wire-sawed core with "big V pattern" decreased in minimum.Hence,this pattern of wire saw is feasible in practice.
