HPLC法测定复方丹芎滴丸中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法测定复方丹芎滴丸中葛根素的含量,采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长:250 nm.结果表明,葛根素在0.076 2～1.524 mg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率95.6%,RSD=1.51%(n=6).说明该测定方法稳定,重现性好,结果准确可靠,可用于复方丹芎滴丸的质量控制.To establish the method for the content determination of Puerarin in Fufangdanxiong pills, HPLC was adopted. The separation was performed on Agilent TC-C18 （4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）, column with methanol-water （25：75） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 250 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Rrsuh was shown that linear range of Puerarin was 0.076 2-1.524 mg （R2=0.999 9）,with an average recovery of 95.6% （RSD=1.51%, n=6）. The method is simple, accurate and well-separated for the quality control of Fufangdanxiong pills.
