摘　　要：目的:提高骨科临床工作人员对病历数据的查询、维护和管理的效率,为教学和科研提供有价值的资料。方法:针对本地区骨科患者的具体情况,结合国际骨科疾病的分类与分型标准,采用VFP9.0开发数据库系统。结果:该数据库系统能方便地对患者数据进行添加、删除、修改、查找和统计,极大地提高了使用者的工作效率。结论:该数据库系统可以满足临床、科研和教学的要求。Objective To improve the efficiency of data query, maintenance and management for clinical staffs of the orthopedic cases. Methods VFP9.0 was used to develop the database system with considerations to local orthopedic patients and the international classification standard for orthopedic diseases. Results The database system could be used for the adding, deleting, modifying, searching and summarizing of the patient data. Conclusion The orthopedic patient records management database system can meet the requirements of clinical, research and teaching.
