青年女性在卧床实验中腰椎间盘高度变化的初步探索

摘  要:目的:使用3.0T磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术,测量并研究微重力环境结合功能锻炼对腰椎间盘的影响。方法:对22名青年女性志愿者分3组进行-6°头低位卧床15 d试验。试验前后使用MRI对其腰椎间盘高度分别进行测量。结果:卧床对照组(A组)卧床后L4-L5椎间盘平均高度增加,卧床前后数据差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。其中,腰椎间盘高度变化数据经统计分析显示,下肢负压及定期运动合并负压吸引是L4-L5椎间盘高度增加的影响因素(P<0.05),对于其他椎间隙,下肢负压及定期运动合并负压吸引对椎间盘高度增加影响不显著。结论:该研究结果表明,卧床可以使青年女性腰椎间盘高度增加,下肢的负压或者定期运动合并负压吸引是影响L4-L5椎间盘高度变化的因素。Objective To use 3.0 Tesla magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) technology to research the impact of micro- gravity environment with certain functional exercise on lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Twenty-two young female volunteers were divided into 3 groups to undergo -6°head-down bed rest(HDBR) for 15 days. The changes of height of lumbar intervertebral disc before and after bed rest were measured by MRI. Results The average height of L4-L5 intervertebral discs was increased in experimental group A after bed rest, and the difference of the data between pre-and post- bed rest was significant(P〈0.05). According to the data of the changes in lumbar intervertebral disc height, the lower body negative pressure(LBNP) and LBNP treadmill exercise were the impact factors for the increased height to the L4-L5 intervertebral discs(P〈0.05). However, the impact to other discs was not significant. Conclusion The results show that the bed rest may increase the height of the L4-L5 intervertebral disc in young women. LBNP and LBNP treadmill exercise are the factors impacting the height variable of the L4-L5 intervertebral disc.
