摘　　要：目的:为适应医院快速发展需要,提出医学工程管理工作模式向"综合效益为中心"转变的思路。方法:从医学工程部门涉及的学科建设、监督管理及人才培养等方面内容,按照"分类管理、综合评估"方法,分析"综合效益为中心"对医院管理的重要作用和贡献。结果:以"综合效益为中心"医学管理工作模式的关键绩效指标包括经济效益指标、社会效益指标、科研效益指标和示范效益指标。利用信息化数据支持,可以实现该模式。结论:根据医学工程学科工作模式转变要求,综合效益为中心的医学管理工作模式可巩固医学工程学科在医院的地位和作用,并为医院的快速发展提供有力支撑。Objective To put forward comprehensive-benefit-oriented medical engineering management mode for rapid development of the hospital. Methods Classified management and comprehensive evaluation were used to analyze the importance of centered comprehensive benefit for hospital management, with considerations to discipline development, supervision, personnel cultivation and etc. Results The key performance indexes of the mode included the ones for economic benefit, social benefit, research benefit and demonstration benefit. Conclusion With the changing management method, the position and function of medical engineering department in the hospital have been consolidated, which will give powerful support for the hospital＇s rapid development .
