生姜提取物巴布剂的成型处方研究

摘　　要：目的筛选生姜提取物巴布剂的处方。方法以聚丙烯酸钠、柠檬酸、甘油、卡波姆U10的用量为可变因素,选用L9(34)表进行试验。结果最佳成型处方比例为M聚丙烯酸钠:M柠檬酸∶M甘油∶M卡波姆U10为6∶8∶8∶4。所制得的生姜提取物巴布剂外观、粘着力涂展性、剥离性、残留性等各项指标良好。结论成型工艺良好。OBJECTIVE To select the best prescription of ginger extract Babu Agent.METHODS The dosage of Polyacrylate sodium,citric acid,glycerol and Carbomer U10 were choosed as variable factors,orthogonal design method L9（34） was used.RESULTS The optimum forming prescription ratio of Mpolyacrylic sodium was M citric acid：M glycerol：M Carbomer=6∶8∶8∶4.The Ginger Extract Babu Agent indicators of appearance,adhesion agent coated malleability,stripping and residue were good.CONCLUSION The forming process were good.
