摘  要:目的研究外用制剂朱红膏对大鼠的急性毒性和对豚鼠的皮肤刺激性,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法急性毒性实验:建立朱红膏外用大鼠模型,制备破损皮肤,选取相当于临床用药剂量320倍的朱红膏(原药材609.28 mg/kg)进行实验,记录毒性反应和体质量增加情况。皮肤刺激性实验:建立朱红膏外用豚鼠模型,制备破损皮肤,采用同体左右侧自身对照法进行单次和多次给药的皮肤刺激性实验。结果急性毒性实验中,未见大鼠出现急性毒性反应,给药组大鼠体质量和对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。皮肤刺激性实验中,未见豚鼠给药处皮肤出现红斑、水肿等情况。结论一定时间内外用一定剂量的朱红膏对大鼠没有出现急性毒性反应,对豚鼠破损皮肤没有产生刺激性。Objective To study the acute toxicity and cutaneous stimulation to the animal models caused by Zhuhong Ointment and provide evidence for clinical use. Methods Acute toxic test; The rat model was made for Zhuhong Ointment external use and the impaired skin was prepared. The rats were given Zhuhong Ointment by 320 times dosage of clinical use. The toxicity and body weight were observed in two weeks. Cutaneous stimulating test; The guinea pig model was made for Zhuhong Ointment external use and the impaired skin was prepared. The cutaneous stimulation was observed by self-control of left and right side after single and multiple administration. Results In acute toxic test, Zhuhong Ointment had no obvious acute toxicity to rats, and no significant effect on body weight, compared with control group {P 0.05). In cutaneous stimulatiny test, there were no erythema and edema on the impaired skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion Zhuhong Ointment has no acute toxicity to the rats and no significant cutaneous stimulation to the guinea pigs in a certain time and dose.
