摘　　要：目的制备阳春肾舒胶囊并建立其含量测定方法。方法提取淫羊藿、牛膝、人参、黄芪和当归中的有效部位,经浓缩、干燥、粉碎后与蜂王浆冻干粉及鹿茸细粉混合均匀,制备阳春肾舒胶囊剂。建立采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定阳春肾舒胶囊中淫羊藿和黄芪含量的方法,并进行方法学研究。结果 HPLC测定阳春肾舒胶囊中淫羊藿和黄芪的含量,方法专属性强、灵敏度和精密度高、阴性对照无干扰,重复性、稳定性、回收率均良好。结论 HPLC可用于有效控制阳春肾舒胶囊剂的质量。Objective To prepare Yangchunshenshu capsule and establish the determining method of its drug content. Methods Active ingredients extracted from Epimedium, Bidentata, Ginseng, Astragalus and Angelica were concentrated, dried and crushed. Then the fine powder was evenly mixed with the freeze-dried powder of Royal Jelly and Antler powder by the means of same amount of sliding scale to prepare Yangchunshenshu capsule. The drug content of Icariin and Astragaloside was determined by the method of HPLC, and the methodology was inspected. Results The determining method of HPLC had high specificity, sensitivity and precision, and the negative control had no interference. At the same time, reproducibility, stability and recovery were all in line with the requirements of determination. Conclusion The method of HPLC can be used in the quality control of Yangchunshenshu capsule.
