肾衰康口服液对肾阳虚模型小鼠的影响

摘　　要：目的研究肾衰康口服液对氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚动物模型的影响。方法制备氢化可的松致小鼠肾阳虚模型;肾衰康口服液(30.0,15.0,7.5 g·kg-1)灌胃给药,qd,连续10 d,观察肾衰康口服液对肾阳虚小鼠体质量,体温,免疫器官(胸腺、脾、肾上腺)和性器官(包皮腺、睾丸、前列腺)的影响。结果肾衰康口服液30 g·kg-1给药组可使模型小鼠的体质量、体温明显恢复,并可明显增加小鼠胸腺、脾、肾上腺、包皮腺、睾丸和前列腺指数。结论肾衰康口服液对氢化可的松所致小鼠肾阳虚症状有显著的改善作用。Objective To study the effects of shenshuaikang oral liquid on kidney-yang deficiency mice induced by hydrocortisone.Methods The kidney-yang deficiency model was induced by i.p.hydrocortisone in mice.Shenshuaikang oral liquid（30.0,15.0,7.5 g·kg-1）was orally administered once a day for 10 days.Effects of shenshuaikang oral liquid were detected on the body mass,body temperature,immune organs（thymus,spleen,adrenal gland）,and genitals（foreskin gland,testis,prostate） in kidney-yang deficiency mice.Results The results showed that body weight,body temperature were improved significantly by shenshuaikang oral liquid at the dose of 30.0 g·kg-1 and the index of thymus,spleen,adrenal gland,prostate,testis and preputial gland were significantly increased.Conclusion Shenshuaikang oral liquid can significantly ameliorate kidney-yang deficiency induced by hydrocortisone in mice.
