摘　　要：介绍配电网自动化管理系统数据源和IEB的平台参考架构、软件体系结构和硬件体系架构,分析IEB的关键技术实现方式和在石家庄供电公司的应用情况,结果表明IEB的应用可以使配电网实现数据采集、计入系统管理、事件通知服务等自动化功能,提高配电网供电可靠性和供电质量。This paper introduces the data sources of distribution automatic management system and the architecture of information exchange bus（IEB）.The architecture includes platform reference architecture,software architecture and hardware architecture,analyses key technologies implementation fashion of the system and application of the power company in Shijiazhuang.The results show that the distribution network can realize data acquisition,including in the system management,the event notification service and automation function,and improving distribution network power supply reliability and power quality.
