摘　　要：介绍城市中压配电网规划的主要技术原则和提高中压配电网供电可靠性的方法,从接线、开闭所设计、配电所变压器选择等三方面分析10kV中压配电网的规划方案,通过该方案在青岛的应用实例,说明应用效果。This paper introduces the urban medium voltage distribution network planning principles and the methods of raising the reliability of medium voltage distribution network power supply,analyzes the planning programs of the 10 kV medium voltage distribution network in three aspects,namely wiring,sub-section post designing and the substation transformers＇ selection,illustrates the effect through the application example of the program in Qingdao.
