摘　　要：介绍某电厂爆管取样检验中发现的T91钢金相组织的异常情况,分析T91钢产生异常组织的原因,提出在制造过程中加强热处理过程控制和对T91材质新管进行金相组织抽检的建议。This paper introduces some abnormal microstructrue of T91 of some power plant,because of the abnormal microstructrue,analyzes the causes,proposes the suggestions that are improving the accuracy heat treatment,and adding the microstructure examination of the new T91 tube.
