摘　　要：针对一起220kV变压器跳闸故障,通过现场检查、变压器油气相色谱分析、电气试验分析和解体检查,认为造成此次故障的主要原因是产品设计存在缺陷、制造工艺不良,诱发原因是电容器组电力电缆短路,并提出该故障的处理方法和防范建议。This paper checks the trip fault reason of one 220 kV transformer by means of site inspection,disjointing inspection,gas chromatograph analysis of transformer oil,electric test analysis and so on,and considers that defect in product design and imperfect in manufacture process are the main reason of the fault,and short circuit fault at power cable of capacitor bank is the inducing factor.It brings up that the processing method and proposal of countermeasures of the fault.
