摘　　要：介绍了合成橡胶填充油的种类、性能特点及相关环保法规,概述了国外橡胶填充油的研发与生产现状,阐述了国内橡胶填充油的生产厂家及填充油特点,针对国内外的研发与生产现状,提出了中国石油橡胶填充油的发展建议。The types,performance characteristics and related environmental regulations of oil-extended are described.Then production and research of oil-extended at abroad are introduced.And factories and their production status of China are explained.At last PetroChina’s suggestions for the development of oil-extended are put forward.
